Location and breakfast are great, room is spacious, modern and nice ... but Italian finishing so not all perfect like bathroom and toilet doors, faucet, ... are substandard in quality (not closing well) but very good in appearance

It has what I was usually like on breakfast. Eggs, salad, ham, cheese and exceptional croissants! The atmosphere was also very nice and cosy. Privacy and silent atmosphere with very fast service. Our cappuccino prepared in less than two minutes every day. We strongly suggest to the customers to use reception desk to arrange a taxi whenever they needed. Much faster and cheaper than other sources. Many thanks to Eleonora and Omema from the front desk. So polite and efficient!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It is located right in the heart of Milan and within 300 meters of the Cathedral. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to choose from, backed up by good staff. Really good central Hotel.

Newly renovated, nice size room, comfy bed. Great central location. Reception staff were proactive and very helpful. Housekeeping were excellent.

The location was absolutely phenomenal, it was less than a 2 minute walk to Milano Duomo. The staff were super friendly and gave us multiple recommendations about what to eat and explore in Milano. The staff were extremely friendly, checking in on us via WhatsApp and even let us know when there were strikes on public transport and helped us arrange another form of transportation to our next destination. We also opted for breakfast included and was so worth it! It’s on top of a popular restaurant that serves delicious coffee and food! We can’t recommend this place more!

Perfect location! Close to everything, great shopping. We were worried about noise from the tram, but really it was no bother. more of a low rumble every now and then, honestly better than our home (in a “quiet” neighborhood). beautiful and clean bath and shower, wonderful breakfast, reasonably priced minibar (they didn’t even charge us for water we took), attentive and helpful staff, always happy to help.

Great location-central to everything, easy to get anywhere we needed to go. Hotel went above and beyond to put out special decorations in our room for our anniversary. Breakfast included was great. Rooms were small but we knew that going in given the location and the boutique hotel, rooms were decorated well and very clean. The hotel and stay experience felt like very good value for our money.
